It's been a long time since I posted features and updates on my journal. It's sad coz' I haven't checked DA so much these past few days for some school work. But, it's good to be busy!
These past few days, I've come up to a decision of opening commissions here on DA. I wanted to earn even small amounts for my future needs. This would be my 1st time accepting commissions, so I'm not quite familiar with the process.
Lately, I've been busy joining different logo contest online and most especially doing projects for school. Below are the list of the projects I would like to be commissioned.

Though I'm not that good in making comic artworks, I've been a huge fan of different characters and comic artists. I knew a lot of people in our school who's making amazing comic artworks.
After a long time featuring web designers, I think it's time for a new batch of amazing artists to be features here on my simple journal. Presenting some Comic artists here on DA that I usually visit to. Drop by their galleries and watch at their great artworks.
After our April vacation during the lenten season, I really wanted another vacation. I've been working on different logo projects these days and I really need some rest. I wanted to stay away from PC just for a few weeks. Besides, I'm still setting up my other online portfolio which will feature all my graphic design works hoping for getting freelance jobs while vacation is still on-going.
I've tried entering into various logo contests yet I always failed. It's really hard since I've dedicated my time on it. But, it's a learning process. I know I need to fail not once, but many times, in order to get better. Just hoping my hardwork will get payed soon.

I did a few web designs back then just to practice my photoshop skills. Now that I've been focusing on Logo Designing and other traditional medias, I seldom do web designs since it requires a lot of working time and good concepts.
I browsed at Web Inerfaces category today because it seems like I missed glancing at other artists great web designs. I decided to feature some of them. These wasn't picked randomly because I was able to look at their galleries and saw great web concepts.

It's been a while now since my last journal update, I'm so lazy to do it weekly and I don't have much time to do it.
Vacation is so boring. I'm just sitting in front of my PC all day long creating logos and logos and logos. Well, these past few days I've been so busy creating logos for different projects around the web. It's quite good coz' I got practice myself into different types of logo designing. I'm browsing into different logo types here on DA and other sites to acquire ideas (well, not copying them) and concepts.
Now, I'll temporarily end my Pinoy Hunt for my featured deviants. This time I decided to feature logo artists or any graphic artists that creates logos, since it's my new venture now.
Probably, I'll end this now coz' I don't know what to add anymore. Oh! BTW, I'm planning to open another separate online portfolio on my wordpress site. I've been brainstorming for brand names that will suite mine. I decided to officially name it, DTFERIL-CREATIVE-DESIGNS, to sound more professional since I'm carrying my name.

Haven't thought any interesting things to write on my journal now. But, I will share some random things just for the sake of updating my journal to revive my inactivity in this site. And I'm slighty near to my 3,000 pageviews. Wow, Thanks for the watchers!
Holy week is fast approaching and I can feel it already due to a very very hot weather. Previous days seem to make me bored just because of the weather. I've been wanting to update my gallery with new digital works but nothing good would pop-out of my mind. So lately, I'm just scribbling ang sketching with my new sketchbook I bought few weeks ago.
This hot weather makes me wanna eat a bunch of halo-halo or ice-cream... anything cold. I even can't sleep in the afternoon because I'm sweating beacuse of the temperature. Too bad, we don't have aircon yet in our house. I've been facing my PC all the time now, just to satisfy my boredom...been browsing artists and artworks on DA of course. It's the only site I would lurk all day long.
On my previous journal, I've featured a number of pinoy artists I've found here on DA and I'm so lucky to find some of them. They've got amazing galleries filled with amusing photographs, digital works and some traditional works also. So, to end up my senseless journal entry, I've decided to feature another set of pinoy artists as a part of my Pinoy Deviant Hunt 2009. Some of them needs to be noticed so much because they've got so many talents. So, please dare to drop by their galleries.
